Bereiding en gebruik

Meng 1000 g mix met 600 ml lauwwarm water en 100 ml zonnebloemolie. Kneed tot een deeg, bestrijk licht met olie en laat afgedekt 30 minuten rusten. Verdeel in bolletjes van ongeveer 100 g, rol uit en bak in een hete koekenpan ongeveer 1 minuut per zijde. Bestrijk licht met olie.
