Applicability

1.
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Amardjoti via the webshop and to every agreement concluded via the webshop.
2.
The terms and conditions are made available electronically before or upon the conclusion of the agreement in a manner that allows the customer to store and consult them later.
3.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions, insofar as such consent can be validly required.
4.

5.
Any deviations from these terms and conditions may only be made in writing or electronically.

Part IOffer, ordering and payment

4
Article 4

Offer and product information

1.
Amardjoti describes the products offered as accurately and truthfully as possible.
2.
The product page contains information that is reasonably necessary to make a purchase decision and, insofar as legally required, the prescribed product information.
3.
Obvious writing, typing, input, programming, pricing, or other clear errors do not bind Amardjoti, insofar as the customer should reasonably have understood that a mistake had occurred.
4.
Images are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. Minor differences in packaging, color, design, or labels may occur if, for example, a manufacturer changes the packaging, provided that the product delivered corresponds in substance to the ordered product and the deviation is not relevant to legally required product information or essential characteristics of the product.
5.
The customer is advised to check the information on the actual delivered packaging before use or consumption, especially regarding allergies, intolerances, and instructions for use, storage, or safety.
6.
If the information on the actual delivered packaging deviates significantly from the information provided on the webshop before purchase, this does not affect the legal responsibility of Amardjoti for correct mandatory product information.
5
Article 5

Prices

1.
The selling prices shown for consumers include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise and insofar as legally permitted.
2.
Any shipping costs and other additional charges will be clearly stated before the final order is placed.
3.
Shipping costs may vary depending on, among other factors, destination, weight, dimensions, carrier, and chosen delivery method.
4.
Amardjoti may change prices. A price change does not affect an already validly concluded order, except for an obvious error as referred to in Article 4.
5.
Applicable legal regulations are followed regarding discount promotions and announced price reductions.
6
Article 6

Ordering and conclusion of the agreement

1.
The customer places an order by going through the order process in the webshop, verifying the entered information, and finally placing the order using the designated button that includes an obligation to pay.
2.
Before placing the order, the customer is given the opportunity to check the entered information and make corrections if necessary.
3.
Upon receipt of the order, Amardjoti provides a confirmation of the order electronically.
4.
The agreement is concluded when the order has been definitively placed in accordance with the ordering process and Amardjoti has electronically confirmed the order, except in situations where the law or the ordering process itself specifies otherwise.
5.
Amardjoti may refuse or cancel an order before or, insofar as the law permits, after the conclusion of the agreement if there is a justifiable reason, including:
  • insufficient stock
  • an obvious price or product error
  • a failed, withdrawn, or refused payment
  • a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or unlawful trade
  • an order that is contrary to applicable laws or regulations
  • an order that reasonably cannot be delivered to the provided address
  • exceeding or artificially circumventing an applicable order limit.
6.
After the conclusion of the agreement, cancellation by Amardjoti can only take place insofar as the agreement and applicable law allow it.
7.
When Amardjoti validly cancels an already paid order or part thereof, the amount paid for the canceled part will be refunded without undue delay using the applicable payment method, unless validly agreed otherwise.
8.
The statutory rights of consumers in case of non-delivery remain fully applicable.
7
Article 7

Age and legal capacity

1.
The customer must be legally authorized to enter into the agreement.
2.
At the time of launch, Amardjoti does not sell alcoholic products via the webshop.
3.
If the assortment is expanded in the future with products subject to a legal minimum age or age control, all applicable statutory age and verification requirements will apply.
8
Article 8

Order quantities

1.
Amardjoti may set a maximum order quantity for certain products. An applicable limit will be communicated on the product page, in the webshop, or during the ordering process.
2.
A customer wishing to order a larger quantity than possible via the regular webshop can contact Amardjoti in advance.
3.
A request for a larger quantity does not constitute an agreement. Amardjoti may first check availability and communicate separate price, delivery, and shipping terms.
4.
It is not permitted to artificially circumvent a stated order limit by placing multiple orders with the goal of effectively forming one larger order.
5.
Amardjoti may evaluate such orders together and, if a justifiable reason exists, refuse or cancel them, in compliance with Article 6 and applicable law.
9
Article 9

Stock

1.
Amardjoti strives to keep the stock shown in the webshop as current as possible.
2.
Despite careful administration, a stock difference may occur, for example, due to an administrative or technical error, damage, quality control, or simultaneous purchase.
3.
If a ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, Amardjoti will inform the customer as soon as possible.
4.
If no suitable alternative or later delivery is agreed upon with the customer, the amount paid for the undeliverable product will be refunded.
5.
An alternative product will not be substituted without the customer's consent if this constitutes a material change to the order.
6.
The statutory rights of consumers remain preserved.
10
Article 10

Pre-orders and backorders

1.
Amardjoti may offer pre-orders and backorders.
2.
On the product page or during the ordering process, it will be clearly indicated, as far as reasonably possible, that it concerns a pre-order or backorder, and information will be provided regarding expected availability or delivery.
3.
The processing time stated for regular orders does not apply to a pre-order or backorder for which a different expected timeframe is mentioned.
4.
A stated availability or delivery date is an expectation, unless it has been explicitly agreed that delivery on or before a specific date is guaranteed.
5.
In the event of a significant delay, Amardjoti will inform the customer as soon as possible.
6.
The statutory rights of consumers in the event of late delivery remain fully applicable.
11
Article 11

Payment

1.
The customer shall pay using a payment method offered during checkout.
2.
The actual available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
3.
Amardjoti may add, change, or terminate payment methods.
4.
Any additional terms and conditions of a payment service provider may apply to the use of the relevant payment method.
5.
For consumers, payment options are offered in compliance with the applicable legal rules regarding prepayment in consumer purchases.
6.
An order does not have to be shipped as long as a payment due according to the chosen payment method has not been successfully received or confirmed, unless otherwise provided by the chosen payment method or applicable law.

Part IIDelivery

12
Article 12

Delivery area

1.
Amardjoti delivers via the webshop exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium, unless Amardjoti explicitly indicates otherwise.
2.
Any geographical or transport-related delivery restrictions will be made known, where relevant, before placing the order.
3.
Amardjoti is not obliged to deliver to a location not served by the available carriers, provided the customer is informed of this before the contract is concluded in accordance with the law.
13
Article 13

Processing and delivery

1.
Regular orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days, unless a different processing time is stated with the product or during the ordering process.
2.
Processing time is not the same as the carrier's delivery time.
3.
The information relevant to the order regarding delivery and, where applicable, the expected delivery time will be made known before the contract is concluded.
4.
A delivery time displayed by a carrier is generally indicative, unless a guaranteed delivery has been explicitly agreed upon.
5.
Weekends, public holidays, and circumstances at carriers may affect processing or delivery.
6.
Mandatory legal delivery periods and rights in the event of delay remain applicable.
7.
In the case of consumer purchases, delivery will take place without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, unless another delivery period has been agreed upon.
8.
If delivery cannot take place on time, the customer will be informed where legally required and the applicable legal rights will apply.
14
Article 14

Shipping and carriers

1.
Amardjoti uses external shipping service providers and carriers for the processing and execution of shipping.
2.
The available carriers and delivery options are subject to change.
3.
If multiple delivery options are available, the customer can choose from the offered options during checkout.
4.
The shipping costs applicable to the order will be shown before the final placement of the order.
15
Article 15

Delivery address and customer responsibility

1.
The customer is responsible for the correct and complete entry of the information necessary for delivery, including name, address, postal code, city, and country.
2.
The customer must verify this information before placing the order.
3.
If the customer discovers an error after ordering, they should contact us as soon as possible. Amardjoti cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed after processing or shipping has begun.
4.
Reasonable extra costs demonstrably arising because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer as far as the law allows and the cause can be attributed to the customer.
16
Article 16

Uncollected and refused shipments

1.
The customer is responsible for timely collection of a package when delivery to a pick-up point has been chosen or the package ends up there after an attempted delivery.
2.
If a package cannot be delivered due to a circumstance attributable to the customer and is returned to Amardjoti, Amardjoti will contact the customer regarding further handling.
3.
Reasonable extra shipping costs for a new shipment may be charged to the customer, as far as legally permitted and the cause can be attributed to the customer.
4.
This article does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal and other mandatory rights of consumers.
17
Article 17

Risk during transport

1.
For sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, has received the products, in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law.
2.
When Amardjoti has offered or designated the carrier, the risk is not transferred to the consumer solely by handing the package over to the carrier.
3.
If the consumer engages a carrier themselves that was not offered by Amardjoti, the legal rules regarding the transfer of risk apply.
4.
For business customers, the risk may, as far as legally permitted, pass upon transfer to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing or electronically.

Part IIIFoodstuffs and product safety

18
Article 18

Food information

1.
For foodstuffs, Amardjoti provides the legally required food information in accordance with applicable food legislation, including Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
2.
For prepacked foodstuffs, the legally required food information that must be available before purchase in distance selling is made accessible before the contract is concluded.
3.
The legally required information is available upon delivery.
4.
The date of minimum durability or use-by date may vary per individual stock item and does not need to be displayed before the conclusion of the online contract, as far as applicable law allows.
5.
Product information may be changed by manufacturers or suppliers. Amardjoti makes every effort to keep webshop information current and correct and complies with the legal obligations incumbent upon it as a seller or operator.
19
Article 19

Allergens

1.
Where legally required, Amardjoti provides information about allergens before purchase.
2.
Customers with a food allergy, intolerance, or other specific dietary needs must carefully check the available product information.
3.
The customer is advised to also check the label actually received before consumption, as manufacturers may change compositions or packaging.
4.
If the information on the received product differs significantly from the online information provided before purchase and that difference could be relevant to health, the product should not be consumed and the customer is requested to contact Amardjoti as soon as possible.
5.
This article does not limit any legal liability of Amardjoti for incorrect or missing information for which Amardjoti is legally responsible.
20
Article 20

Shelf life, storage, and quality

1.
Amardjoti sells products that are suitable for sale at the time of shipment in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
2.
Upon receipt, the customer is responsible for correct storage and use in accordance with the packaging, the label, and any product instructions.
3.
If a product appears damaged, spoiled, unsafe, or otherwise non-conformant upon receipt, the customer is requested not to use or consume the product and to contact Amardjoti as soon as possible.
4.
A complaint or report regarding food safety will be handled by Amardjoti with appropriate priority.
5.
At launch, no chilled or frozen products are offered via the webshop. If this changes in the future, the applicable additional requirements regarding storage, transport, and food safety will be complied with.
21
Article 21

Recalls and safety warnings

1.
If Amardjoti becomes aware of a relevant product recall or safety warning, Amardjoti will act in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
2.
If reasonably possible and necessary, Amardjoti may inform customers who have purchased the relevant product directly.
3.
The customer is requested to follow the instructions in the event of a recall or safety warning.

Part IVWithdrawal and returns for consumers

22
Article 22

Statutory right of withdrawal

1.
In the case of a distance contract, a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
2.
In the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, has received the product.
3.
In the case of a single order with multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day after receipt of the last good.
4.
In the case of delivery of a good in multiple shipments or parts, the period begins on the day after receipt of the last shipment or part.
5.
To withdraw in time, it suffices for the consumer to send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
6.
The consumer does not need to provide a reason for withdrawal.
23
Article 23

Method of withdrawal

1.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract via:
  • the online withdrawal function available for this purpose on the webshop
  • the model form in Appendix 1
  • an unequivocal statement by email to webshopamardjoti@gmail.com
  • another legally permitted unequivocal statement, including via the contact form.
2.
Use of the model form is not mandatory.
3.
When the consumer uses the online withdrawal function, Amardjoti shall promptly provide the legally required electronic acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium, containing the legally required information regarding the withdrawal.
4.
Simply returning a product without an unequivocal statement of withdrawal shall be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
24
Article 24

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

1.
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires solely in cases provided for by law.
2.
For Amardjoti's product range, the following may be particularly relevant:
  • goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life, where the legal exception applies
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery, provided the legal conditions for this exception have been met
  • goods made to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly intended for a specific person
  • other products or services for which the law expressly excludes the right of withdrawal.
3.
The mere fact that a product is a foodstuff does not automatically mean that the right of withdrawal is excluded.
4.
Where no right of withdrawal exists for a specific product, the consumer is informed of this before the purchase, as required by law.
25
Article 25

Returns after withdrawal

1.
After a valid withdrawal, the consumer must return or hand over the products without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after the notification of withdrawal.
2.
The consumer meets the deadline if the goods are returned before this period has expired.
3.
The consumer may return the product in person to Amardjoti, Binnenhof 52, 1354 KE Almere, the Netherlands, or send it to this return address.
4.
Amardjoti does not charge return shipping costs for personal delivery at the physical location.
5.
The direct costs of returning via post or carrier in the event of a standard withdrawal are borne by the consumer, provided the consumer has been informed of this in advance in accordance with the law.
6.
The consumer is advised to keep proof of shipment.
7.
The legal rules regarding risk and proof of return shipment remain applicable.
26
Article 26

Handling of the product and depreciation

1.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care.
2.
The consumer may only handle and inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
3.
The consumer is liable only for depreciation resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, insofar as the law permits and the consumer has been correctly informed about the right of withdrawal.
4.
This article does not create a right of withdrawal for products that are legally excluded from withdrawal.
27
Article 27

Refunds after withdrawal

1.
After a valid withdrawal, Amardjoti shall refund the legally required amounts without delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notification of withdrawal, subject to the legal right of suspension.
2.
In the event of a full withdrawal, the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by Amardjoti are also refunded.
3.
If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered, Amardjoti is not required to refund the additional costs.
4.
Amardjoti uses the same means of payment for the refund as the one used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has explicitly agreed to a different method of refund and incurs no costs as a result.
5.
Unless Amardjoti has offered to collect the goods itself, Amardjoti may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
6.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, original delivery costs are only refunded to the extent resulting from applicable law.

Part VProblems with an order

28
Article 28

Incorrect, damaged, or missing product

1.
If an order is delivered incorrectly, damaged, or incomplete, the customer is requested to contact Amardjoti as soon as possible.
2.
Amardjoti may request the customer to provide relevant information and, if reasonable and necessary, photos to assess the report.
3.
The request to report promptly does not limit the consumer's legal rights.
4.
If Amardjoti is responsible for an incorrect, damaged, missing, or otherwise non-conforming delivery, an appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with applicable legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, supplementary delivery, repair if applicable, price reduction, or a refund.
5.
Costs that legally should be borne by Amardjoti will not be passed on to the consumer.
29
Article 29

Legal conformity and warranty

1.
The consumer is entitled to a product that complies with the agreement and the applicable legal conformity requirements.
2.
This means, among other things, that the product must possess the properties that the consumer may reasonably expect based on the agreement and applicable law.
3.
These legal rights exist alongside any manufacturer's warranty or other commercial warranty.
4.
A commercial warranty does not limit the consumer's legal rights.
5.
For consumers in Belgium, the mandatory legal conformity and warranty rights applicable to their contract also apply.
30
Article 30

Complaints

1.
Complaints can be submitted via webshopamardjoti@gmail.com, by telephone at 06 24571976, or via the contact form on the webshop.
2.
Please include the order number, the product in question, and a clear description of the complaint.
3.
Amardjoti handles complaints within a reasonable period and provides a substantive response or an indication of when a substantive response can be expected as soon as possible.
4.
Parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute by mutual agreement.

Part VIBusiness customers

31
Article 31

Business orders

1.
Business customers may order via the webshop.
2.
The specific legal consumer rights in these terms and conditions apply only to the extent that the customer qualifies as a consumer under the law.
3.
A business customer does not have a legal 14-day consumer right of withdrawal.
4.
Returning by a business customer is only possible if Amardjoti agrees in advance, subject to legal or contractual rights that cannot be validly excluded.
5.
Rights due to incorrect, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming delivery remain in force in accordance with applicable law and the agreement.
6.
Separate price, quantity, payment, delivery, and return agreements can be made for business orders.
32
Article 32

Liability towards business customers

1.
For business customers, Amardjoti is, insofar as legally permitted, only liable for direct damage resulting directly from a culpable failure on the part of Amardjoti.
2.
Insofar as legally permitted, liability for indirect damage, including consequential loss, lost profits, missed savings, and business stagnation, is excluded.
3.
Insofar as legally permitted, the total liability of Amardjoti towards a business customer per event is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, unless and to the extent that an insurer of Amardjoti pays out a higher amount for the case in question.
4.
The limitations in this article do not apply when liability may not be limited or excluded by law, including, where applicable, in cases of intent or willful recklessness by Amardjoti's management.

Part VIIOther provisions

33
Article 33

Liability towards consumers

1.
Amardjoti is liable towards consumers insofar as this results from applicable law.
2.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability insofar as such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory law.
3.
Insofar as legally permitted, Amardjoti is not responsible for damage that arises exclusively because the consumer:
  • does not follow clear usage, storage, or safety instructions
  • uses a product for an obviously unsuitable purpose
  • makes modifications to the product after receipt that cause the damage

insofar as the circumstance in question can be legally attributed to the consumer.

4.
In the case of food allergies or intolerances, Article 19 also applies, without limitation of legal liability.
34
Article 34

Force majeure

1.
If Amardjoti is temporarily or permanently unable to fulfill an obligation due to a circumstance beyond its reasonable control, the consequences thereof will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
2.
Such circumstances may include, depending on the situation, severe disruptions at carriers or IT service providers, power or network outages, fire, flood, government measures, epidemics, strikes, import or distribution disruptions, and other external events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
3.
An appeal to force majeure does not limit mandatory legal rights of consumers, including any rights in the event of non-delivery.
35
Article 35

Fraud, abuse, and safety

1.
Amardjoti may take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, abuse, payment fraud, and security incidents.
2.
An order may be withheld or cancelled when specific circumstances justify a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse, with due observance of Article 6 and applicable law.
3.
Personal data processed in connection with fraud prevention is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
36
Article 36

Discount codes and promotions

1.
Amardjoti may offer discount codes and other promotional activities.
2.
The terms and conditions, validity period, any product exclusions, and other restrictions communicated with a promotion apply to that promotion.
3.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion:
  • a discount code is valid during the stated validity period
  • a discount code may contain conditions or exclusions
  • a discount code cannot be exchanged for cash
  • discount codes cannot be combined if this is excluded in the promotion.
4.
In the event of manifest abuse, fraud, or a technical error, a discount may be refused to the extent that this is reasonable and legally permitted.
5.
Mandatory legal rules regarding announced price reductions remain applicable.
37
Article 37

Gift vouchers

1.
Amardjoti may offer physical or digital gift vouchers.
2.
If gift vouchers are offered, the applicable conditions, including value, use, and any validity period, will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
3.
A validity period or other restriction is applied only to the extent that it is legally permitted.
4.
Additional special conditions may apply to gift vouchers.
38
Article 38

Personal data

1.
Amardjoti processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2.
More information about the processing of personal data can be found in Amardjoti's privacy policy.
3.
For the execution of orders, personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary and based on a valid legal ground, with service providers involved in, among other things, webshop functionality, payment, administration, shipping, and delivery.
4.
The privacy policy constitutes a separate information document and does not amend the legal rights of data subjects.
39
Article 39

Electronic communication

1.
Communication regarding orders and agreements may take place electronically.
2.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and reachable email address.
3.
Order confirmations, shipping information, invoices, return information, and other transactional messages may be sent electronically.
40
Article 40

Intellectual property

1.
The content of the webshop, including proprietary texts, photography, design, trade names, logos, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.
2.
Protected materials may not be commercially copied, published, distributed, or used without permission, unless permitted by law.
3.
Rights of manufacturers, brands, and other third parties remain with the respective rights holders.
41
Article 41

Amendment of terms and conditions

1.
Amardjoti may amend these general terms and conditions.
2.
In principle, an agreement already concluded is subject to the version that was in effect at the moment the agreement was concluded, unless an amendment is legally required or the customer validly agrees to an amendment.
3.
The current version is published on the webshop, stating the version date.
42
Article 42

Applicable law

1.
Dutch law applies to agreements with Amardjoti.
2.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer residing in another EU Member State of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would have been applicable in the absence of a choice of law.
3.
For consumers in Belgium, the mandatory consumer rights applicable to their agreement are therefore guaranteed.
43
Article 43

Disputes

1.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve a dispute by mutual consultation.
2.
If no solution is reached, a dispute may be submitted to the court competent under the applicable law.
3.
A consumer retains all rights regarding competent judicial authorities arising from mandatory national or European law.
4.
Through these terms and conditions, Amardjoti does not compel a consumer to litigate exclusively before a court that may not be declared exclusively competent under mandatory consumer law.

A withdrawal can be communicated, among other ways, via the available online withdrawal function at online.amardjoti.com, by email to webshopamardjoti@gmail.com, or using the model form in Appendix 1. Any other legally permitted unequivocal statement is also sufficient.

After a valid withdrawal, the goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after the notification. Timely dispatch within this period is sufficient.

Returns can be made in person or by post/carrier to:

AmardjotiBinnenhof 521354 KE AlmereThe Netherlands

In the case of a standard withdrawal, the direct costs of returning by post or carrier are for the account of the consumer, insofar as the consumer has been informed about this in advance in accordance with the law. Handing it in personally at the physical location does not entail return shipping costs.

Refunds take place in accordance with Article 27: without delay and at the latest within fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. Unless Amardjoti itself offers to collect the goods, Amardjoti may wait until receipt of the goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

In the event of a full withdrawal, the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered will also be refunded. For the refund, the same payment method will be used as that which was used for the original transaction, unless the consumer explicitly agrees to another cost-free method.

For perishable products and other legally excluded products, no right of withdrawal may exist. For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may lapse after the seal has been broken after delivery, provided the legal requirements have been met.

The mere fact that a product is a food item does not automatically mean that the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.

A incorrectly delivered, damaged, or non-conforming product is not a standard return based on the cooling-off period. In that case, please contact Amardjoti via webshopamardjoti@gmail.com or 06 24571976 so that the order can be resolved in accordance with applicable legal rights.
